Shipping:
The heaviest item's shipping is always figured at the rate shown on the postal calculator. I combine shipping on most items so the second and subsequent items will be whatever the rate is shown on THAT auction, usually $1.50 for books and DVDs, $3.00 to $4.00 for figurines, and clothing and glass products dependent on weight. My service charge for domestic auctions is generally $1, for International auctions $2.
Policies:
I do not refund for buyer's remorse or for wrong sizes so please be certain you know what you are bidding on! Also, if something goes wrong with the transaction during delivery, I must be notified within 24 hours of receipt that there is a problem. The item must then be sent back to me with insurance within 72 hours. If the problem, mishap, defect, or error is MY fault I will also reimburse for return shipping!
